Waxing trashy

The city's trash bin reclamation program had me miffed this week. You can read about it here.
The above referenced column is somewhat historic. It has the distinction of being the last time my column ir run on the Sunday Viewpoint section. Starting in mid January, my column will appear on Page 3 of the metro section on Wednesdays. However, I will have a special holday column sometime over this long weekend that I did to help fill space.
